Ride Glenwood Springs is our local, year-round transit service, operating
two (2) fixed routes throughout town. Click

route and schedule. Stops are conveniently located throughout town, near
neighborhoods, downtown, employment and shopping centers and recreation
attractions. Our system also provides critical connections to the regional
Roaring Fork Transportation Authority Services (RFTA), the Greyhound Bus Lines
national system, Glenwood Springs Airport and the Amtrak national rail system.
REGIONAL Transit Service
The Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA)
provides commuter bus service from Aspen to Glenwood Springs (Roaring Fork
Valley), Glenwood to Rifle (Hogback), intra city service in Aspen and Glenwood
Springs, ski shuttle service to the four Aspen Skiing Company ski areas, Maroon
Bells Guided Bus Tours, and a variety of other seasonal services. RFTA uses
Biodiesel fuel in all of its 82 vehicle fleet of diesel power vehicles including
our hybrid buses, and ethanol in our gasoline vehicles.
The City of Aspen offers
free Aspen shuttles
frequent service all around town. We’ll get you to work, to the mountain or
wherever the day takes you. Service to the airport is also free.
Snowmass Village Shuttles
provide free service to almost any location in the Village. You can even call in
for service at 923-3500.
Park and Rides
Several Park and Rides
are set up throughout the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valleys to make it
easier for people to utilize transit services.
