Services and Fees
Application Form
An application form can be picked up and completed at City Hall or one is
available on this website. The completed application form and fees will need to
be delivered to City Hall at 101 West 8th Street - Finance Department, Monday
through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Residential Units:
To sign up for residential electric service an application form will need to be
completed. A fee of $65.00 for each service ($15.00-connection fee and
$50.00-deposit) is collected at time of application. The deposit may be waived
upon receipt of a "letter of credit" from a prior utility company stating length
of service was at least one year and also stating all bills were paid on time.
Commercial / Business Units:
To sign up for commercial electric service an application form will need to be
completed. A fee of $115.00 for each service ($15.00-connection fee and
$100.00-deposit) is collected at time of application. The deposit may be waived
upon receipt of a "letter of credit" from a prior utility company stating length
of service was at least one year and also stating all bills were paid on time.
