Sayre Park Master Plan Community Meeting on May 30

The City of Glenwood Springs Parks and Recreation Department has recently launched the “Sayre Park Master Plan” effort to evaluate potential Sayre Park improvements to meet current demands as well as anticipate the future needs of the community.

CONE ZONE: 27th Street Pedestrian Bridge Update and 6/4 Night Closure

27th Street Pedestrian Bridge Delivery

Good news – the pedestrian bridge has been delivered for assembly and micropile construction is expected to be complete this week!

CONE ZONE: CDOT Truck Parking Improvements May 19-25

Work this week will consist of grading. The project will be in operation Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. There will be no work Friday, May 24 through Monday, May 27 in observance of Memorial Day.

CONE ZONE: I-70 Commercial Truck Parking Improvements

CDOT will be working on I-70 Commercial Motor Vehicle Parking Improvements through June 2019. This project will have periodic impacts on motorists traveling along I-70 from mile marker 107 to mile marker 115.

Ride Glenwood - Bus Stop Closure - 27th St Bridge

Beginning Monday, 4/22, Ride Glenwood Springs will no longer service the bus stops located on 27th Street between SH-82 and South Grand Avenue due to 27th Street Bridge construction. The closest available stop is at the 27th St BRT station.
