Policy
Banner space is for non-profit organizations only.  

Banner Message
  • Name, dates, and location of the event
  • Do not include advertising any business or product
Display Period
  • Two consecutive weeks, per month, in a calendar year
Display and Removal
  • Installations and removals occur on Monday mornings
  • Drop off banners on or before 3:00 p.m. the Friday before scheduled display
Reservations
  • First-come, first-served
  • Reservations begin at 9:00 a.m. on the first working day of the year in which the banner is to be displayed
  • Requests received prior to above date and time will NOT be accepted
  • Reserve Online
  • Confirmation of reservation request accepted or denied will be sent within seven days after receipt of request
